The pavilion, set in the midst of a working farm, was lovely and clean. The whole activity was very well organized and moved at a steady, but relaxed pace! The food was excellent and the session ended with more food than we eat!

Ingredients are superior quality and fresh... read more and the facility is top notch. Great equipment, sparkling clean and protected from the sun and wind while still being outside in their beautiful farm.

Marianna does a great job of explaining each step of her family recipes while Stella demonstrates. We learned a lot and enjoyed a delicious lunch with lots of leftovers for later. Recipes are clear so we can replicate when we get home (although it will be tough to duplicate the fresh ingredients).

They've mastered the art of combining professionalism with warmth. We felt like family by the time we left.

  Marianna’s and Mama Stela’s cooking class was so enjoyable and informative. It taught us a lot about Cretan food and we had a lovely evening learning about Crete, the cuisine... read more and how to prepare a variety of amazing dishes, whilst also learning some very useful cooking techniques along the way (my mum is very pleased she can now grate a tomato and Mama Stela showed us how to roll the best thin dough). They provided us with all the equipment we needed along with some homemade drinks and a bottle of lovely red wine. The hostesses were so welcoming and helpful and I’d recommend this to everyone who comes to Crete It’s better than restaurant food.

We traveled from northern Crete and spent the day at the southern beaches before the class. Definitely worth the drive!
